Do you often have problems with customs?
Generally we have no customs issues. Should there be any problems, we offer a reshipping guarantee.
Re-purchasing exactly the same order that was seized from the customs, we will ship double quantity (the new order + the lost one).
We can provide to this service only if the amount of each chemical lost is up to 400US$ (promotions and combo packs are not included).
Free reshipping is not possible in case you selected the courier who seized your order.
